Welcome to dubaideserttour.ae. When you book an excursion, activity, or service via this website - you consent to the terms and conditions outlined below. Be sure to read them thoroughly in order to understand your rights, responsibilities, as well as the rules - we apply in order to provide a secure and pleasant experience for every guest.

1. General Information

  • We are experts in planning desert safaris, city trip adventures, and private transfers within the UAE.
  • All tours are dependent upon - availability, weather conditions, and local laws.
  • We have the right to alter the itinerary, timings, and activities, as well as vehicles - when necessary for your safety or operational reasons.
  • All guests are required to provide complete information when booking - contact information, pickup location, and the number of people who will be attending.

2. Booking Policy

  • Reservations are only confirmed after the complete payment or a pre-requisite advance payment.
  • It will send you a confirmation of your booking via email or WhatsApp - with all the relevant information.
  • The guest is responsible for checking all the information on the confirmation and notifying us immediately of any changes that are required.
  • Certain actions such as quad bicycling and dune buggy rides, private tours, and hot-air balloon rides need additional details - such as age proof or even passport data.

3. Prices and Inclusions

  • All prices displayed on our website will be in AED unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices can vary based on demand, season and group size, as well as car type, or discounts.
  • What is included and what is not on each tour will be stated clearly on the tour's page.
  • Optional add-ons (VIP service, Premium seating, Private car upgrades, Longer photoshoots, buggy rides, and more) will be charged additional fees.

4. Payment Policy

  • The payment method can be cards, bank transfers or online payment links, or in cash (only in the event that you have agreed to it during confirmation).
  • Some tours require an advance payment or a full payment before the date of the tour.
  • The company has the right to end bookings if payments are not received on time.
  • The charges incurred by your bank or gateway are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours before the date of departure - able to claim no-cost cancellation or a full refund (if the tour is applicable).
  • Within 24 hours after the tour - the tour will not be refunded.
  • Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or guests who are not able to reach you at pickup time - will be considered non-refundable.
  • In the event of bad weather, announcements by the government or unexpected closures, or safety issues, we may have to cancel or change the date of the tour.
  • Customers will be offered an alternative date or full reimbursement (if the tour cannot able to be booked again).

6. Changes to Your Booking

  • Changes to the date or time, or the number of guests can be made - depending on the availability. They should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Additional charges could be charged in the event of a price difference in the price.
  • Last-minute changes might take longer to process.

7. Health, Safety & Eligibility

  • Females who are pregnant, people with neck/back issues, heart problems, or other medical issues - should not participate in quad biking or dune buggy rides or any other adventurous activities.
  • Children should be with adults at all times.
  • You must follow the guidelines given by our guides - to ensure your security.
  • Anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or who is not fit - to take part could be refused entry with no reimbursement.

8. Transportation & Pickup

  • Private or shared vehicles can be scheduled according to the booking.
  • Pickup places include residences, hotels, and a few meeting locations (as stated in the confirmation).
  • Delays can be caused by - weather, traffic, or routing issues.
  • The guests should be at the pick-up place by the time scheduled.

9. Adventure Activities

  • All adventures like Quad Bike, Buggy Ride, and Dune Bashing are entirely at your risk.
  • Guests have to sign a waiver if it is required.
  • The cost of damages to bikes, vehicles, or other equipment resulting from reckless or unintentional behavior will be billed to the customer.
  • The wearing of safety gear is very important.

10. Liabilities & Responsibilities

We are not liable for:

  • Damage or loss to personal items.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions or traffic.
  • Accidents resulting from inattention or the inability to follow safety rules.
  • Costs resulting from delays in flights or travel delays.
  • We guarantee that our tours are run by experienced chauffeurs, licensed partners, and certified service providers.

11. Photography & Media Use

  • Certain tours include videography or photography by our staff.
  • Videos or images taken during the tour could be used for marketing purposes - unless you ask us not to make use of the images or videos.
  • Visitors are allowed to take photographs for personal use - however, they should know the safety guidelines.

12. Special Requirements

  • Let us know from booking that - about your vegetarian or vegan diet, any allergies, or any requirements for facilities such as wheelchair access or a baby seat.
  • We will do to accommodate your request, based on availability.

If a tour has to be changed or cancelled due to factors we cannot control - like weather, natural disasters, road closures, regulations of government regulations, technical issues, or safety concerns. In such instances, we'll provide a new date for the service or a full refund based on the circumstances.

13. Website Content & Accuracy

  • We update frequently tour details including pricing, photos, and descriptions.
  • But minor variations could be observed based on the current conditions of the day.
  • We do not take responsibility for - typographical mistakes or inaccurate information.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are enforced by the law of the United Arab Emirates - any dispute will be dealt with by UAE law.
